Why do children have to wear socks?Infection prevention is one of the pillars of The Play Circle. We pride ourselves in a clean environment. Lets keep those tootsies nice and clean!

Why do I have to have my outdoor set up shaded?Due to nature of the material of the soft play equipment in direct sunlight the material gets very warm and can potentially cause burns. Therefore, we require our outdoor set ups to be in the shade.

Do you do custom packages?Yes! Send us your theme or the colors you'd like us to include, and we will do our best to match it.

How does setup and breakdown work? Do I need to do anything?We arrive about 1-2 hours before your party starts. We then return once it is over and time for pick up. We ask for an easily accessible parking space to load and unload, as well a clear designated area where the equipment will be going. We will take care of the rest!

What areas do you service?We serve the Rockingham County and Harrisonburg area within a 20 mile radius of Penn Laird, VA - outside of the service area additional cost will apply. Contact for more information.

Where can I set up soft play?We set up for both indoor and outdoor events! During the summer months, we offer a tent to cover the play area to protect both the children and equipment from the hot sun. When outdoors, we do ask that the space is shaded, with cut grass (or cement), and is not near any dirt, sand, or fire pits.

Can I rent soft play for any event?Yes, any event! Birthdays, weddings, cookouts, baby showers, playdates; you name it.

What are the rules and is there an age limit?

We are a fully insured company, ensuring the fun and safety of all little ones!The Play Circle is an insured LLC.

How often is the equipment cleaned?Every piece of equipment is cleaned and santized both before and after each event. We use safe and effective products that kill up to 99% of viruses. The balls are also washed after each use to make sure they are ready for the next set of little ones to jump in!

What if I'm hosting an outdoor party and it rains on the day of my event?Weather can be tricky! We require an indoor back up plan, yes we can set up in a large enough garage. If not, we will work together to choose another date to reschedule.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

What is your cancellation policy?Any cancellation within two (2) weeks of scheduled party shall result in an additional $25.00 rescheduling fee, on top of the non-fundable deposit, unless the Client can provide proof of medical emergency, family emergency or other emergency circumstances. If such proof is provided, the event may be rescheduled within 365 days without losing the deposit, otherwise In addition, The Client also forfeits any future benefits from the non-refundable security deposit.
